Family reunions are such wonderful occasions. We followed Karen as she went to her sister Maureen’s house for a family get together. Marueens daughter had just returned from Australia and it was time to celebrate. Karen’s son Trevor and his wife, a dental assistant also came and brought their fairly new baby.
It was interesting to hear various family members perception about what has happened to Karen and how it has affected her health. Since so little is known to the general public about this issue, initially there was quite a bit of skepticism.
Capturing audio has been going much reliable and there have been no camera crashes. But, I think we need to get a longer lens so we can have the camera further back and removed from the intimacy between the people conversing. This will allow our subjects to forget we are there, thus fostering a more open and personal dialog.
