Because of Karens poor health she has had to cut back on most social activities, including going to and particpating in her church. So it was a special occassion that Karen and her family were able to see old friends while attending All Saints Episcopal Church on Easter Sunday.
Since our flight wasn’t leaving until later at night, we took the ferry from Staten Island over to New York city after church. We got to see the beautiful lady liberty from the side of our jam packed ferry.From there we went below to catch a subway up to New York’s Times Square to film crowd shots.
While I’ve been to New York before, Times Square always amazes me in two aspects, how congested it is with people and how oversaturated it is with advertisements. Although truth be told, if it was my film in the advertisement, I probably wouldn’t mind them so much.
